I went camping with my brother and his girlfriend, and we took our boats down the super-high Saint Croix.

We paddled from Interstate Park (the Wisconsin side) all the way down to the Osceola landing (in Minnesota). A mere ten kilometers in two hours. And because the current was so quick, we barely had to paddle our boats at all.

Again I saw a snake crossing the river. Smaller than last time. But no less adorable.
